The EQX platform, through EQX LLC, operates an investment bank / broker dealer, which is a member of FINRA / SIPC, and is registered with the SEC.
Trading System
EQX operates a high-performance trading platform registered as an Alternative Trading System with the SEC. Our trading platform is the first of its kind hosted in the cloud, a technological accomplishment reached in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
ESG Underwriting
We are leveraging our platform and various innovative technologies to optimize the process of offering securities, and underwriting them digitally — in order to best fund sustainable companies and projects with capital from ESG investors.
